What is the

Digital Navigators Program?

In the heart of North Texas, the City of Dallas has partnered up with the LULAC National Educational Service Centers Inc. (LNESC) to administer a Digital Navigators Program.

The goal of this program is to reduce the digital divide among residents of the City of Dallas who have been most impacted by COVID-19 and who are struggling financially.

At least 50 household participants will be eligible to receive a laptop and a hotspot to use for the duration of this program upon acceptance.

We also aim to help participants access long-term efficient, effective, and affordable broadband internet service and strengthen the digital literacy skills needed to succeed, and help participants understand the relevance that Internet has in their lives to close the educational and economic achievement gap.
